Gene Gilton: I work for my family business. We have been a Waste hauler in California for 75 years. We have composted off and on for years. But with new organic diversions goals in California, we needed to up our game. I love learning new things and challenging myself and composting is of great importance and interest to me. I want to leave the world a better place than I got it. I enjoy spending time with my wife and four kids. I love coaching my kids in football and baseball in my free time.
