ICAW 2022 A Big Success

The week of ICAW 2022 ended on May 7, rounding up an amazing week of events and activities held throughout the country. Enthusiasm was high as ICAW volunteers shared event updates, with some making plans to offer something each day during the seven days of ICAW. There were so many onsite events as well as online webinars and trainings, and lots and lots of activity on social media. The CREF staff and the ICAW Committee members want to thank all the many volunteers, the generous sponsors and the USCC chapters who showed their support of ICAW and its goal by dedicating time, hard work and money to make ICAW 2022 a huge success. By the way, if you don’t know, the main goal of ICAW is to increase public awareness on the importance of organics recycling and the many benefits of compost use.
