2019 mentors and mentees

The USCC Young Professionals Committee is accepting applicants for the upcoming Mentor/Mentee season (July 1 2019 - January 31, 2020).

We are especially in need of mentors! We have a large number of mentee applications coming in!

If you want to give back to the industry, it only takes an hour phone call a month at a minimum (or meeting if you are matched with someone in your area!) for the mentoring season to help a young professional grow in the compost industry. Professionals of all “walks” of the industry - sales, marketing, operations, soil science, equipment, compostables - are sought because we have a diverse group of mentee applicants.
