Tank's Green Stuff seeks an experienced individual to proudly represent the company with sales of premium organic compost, soils and mulch products in bulk and in bags.
The company is transitioning to a new, larger composting facility to significantly increase production in order to meet growing demand. This outside sales role is perfect for a highly motivated, resourceful, confident, communicative and dedicated individual. The selected candidate will be provided a three-plus month training period, followed by a shadowing period with current sales director and ultimately transition to working independently.
Experience in the green industry, agriculture, horticulture, soil, organic materials production or sales is preferred. Related bachelor's degree (or higher) is desirable but not mandatory.
Candidates must be willing to travel in company vehicle across Arizona and ultimately through Southwest. The company is based in Tucson, but primary office location is flexible. This is a commission-driven role with a salary base commensurate with experience.
Must have excellent communication (both verbal and written); good people skills and customer service skills are essential. Individual must possess good hygiene habits and maintain an orderly appearance when representing the company.
