The USCC is a proud corporate sponsor of the weekly PBS television show Growing a Greener World featuring gardening guru Joe Lamp’l. Did you know that during the show’s opening credits, we are front and center, seen by 1 million viewers every week, with the worldwide brand Subaru as the show's sponsor?

Additionally, our logo and industry brand continue to be prominently displayed in online views. Lamp’ls strong brand as a garden writer and educator has provided insights to our members, and through his regular participation in USCC’s annual conference, the GGW branding is discussed in sessions that all interested in compost marketing can attend. Lamp’l has presented on compost markets to give a better understanding how homeowners see compost.

This long-term sponsorship - now in its fifth year - has provided USCC with a true national spokesperson. He not only works closely with us but was also chosen because he is a true believer in the power and use of compost.

Soon we will be releasing a new series of 20 educational and marketing videos for use by all of our members. These videos will be added to our YouTube channel to offer even more tools for promoting our industry. These one-minute educational and branding pieces are designed for a broad application and are especially useful for our members and STA Certified Compost participants to use that want short, catchy, quality content on platforms like Instagram.
