New Chapter Candidate Process Devised by CAC

The Chapter Advisory Committee has completed its new Chapter Admission Criteria process, which was approved by the Board of Directors in February. Key elements include:

Applying chapters must meet a minimum number of points for :

• Number of USCC members in the state (five) and a three-member petitioning committee;
• A formal fiscal structure, board of directors and committees;
• A budget and evidence of outreach to financial sponsor.

Applying chapters meeting the minimum points must have an interview process with the CAC.

More details to distribute to candidate chapters are being finalized, and the applications will be going out before the end of March to potential applying chapters.
