USCC Member Receives PHD in City and Regional Planning

Angel Arroyo-Rodriguez, Program Leader, Organics Recycling and Infectious Waste & Environmental Planner at the Ohio EPA, recently earned his doctorate in city and regional planning from Ohio State University. Angel also serves on the Legislative and Environmental Affairs Committee and is a member of the Zoning Task Force. Congratulations, Dr. Arroyo-Rodriguez!
