To begin, the USCC is happy to welcome Sam Dixon as our new compost market manager. Born and raised in the Austin, TX, area, Sam graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s in agricultural sciences and previously worked as a branch manager at Whittlesey Landscape Supplies & Recycling, Inc., an STA participant. Sam is one of two recent hires, the other being our customer experience specialist Ksenia Dobbs.

Eric Hudiburg, formerly known as the USCC’s marketing and membership manager, has now received the title of marketing and communications director. This new title reflects Eric’s significant contributions in growing the Council’s marketing department and its presence in the composting industry since joining the USCC in 2020.
