Following a nationwide search, Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Commissioner Stephen C. Brich announced that Christopher G. Hall has been selected as the new Hampton Roads district engineer."Chris brings extensive leadership, strategic planning, technical expertise, project and resource management skills and experience, all vital to this critical role," said Brich.
