ARRA Recognizes Diefenderfer

The Asphalt Recycling & Reclaiming Association (ARRA) recently announced that it would honor Dr. Brian Diefenderfer, Senior Research Scientist, VTRC, as the recipient of its 2019 Charles R. Valentine Award for Excellence in Cold Recycling.
This award is presented annually by ARRA to public officials and consulting engineers and is given in tribute to their outstanding contributions to the asphalt recycling industry.
