Recently, it was announced that Bryan Smith will assume the role of Asphalt Pavement Field Engineer for the northern districts (Culpeper, Staunton and NOVA). Bryan was previously in the Central Office Materials Pavement Design and Evaluation Section before assuming this role. Bryan joins Todd Rorrer as the second field engineer.
