Central Virginia Apartment Communities – The Best Revealed
Richmond, VA – January 23, 2014 -- The Central Virginia Apartment Association rolled out the red carpet for its annual RAMMY Awards, presented by Belfor Property Restoration, on January 23, 2014, at the Richmond Omni Hotel where awards for excellence in the field of property management were presented. With more than 65 communities participating and 433 people in attendance for the evening, this marked CVAA’s highest level of awards program participation and highest attended awards program to date.
To determine the winners, groups of out of town judges toured Central Virginia area communities, interviewed team members and scored the apartment communities and staff on a variety of property management industry best practices.The following community and individuals received awards and represent the best of the best in the apartment industry.
