HRAC Supplier Spotlight - Zach Patterson

The Hampton Roads Apartment Council is happy to announce that we will be spotlighting a different local vendor each month. For our very first installation we would like to introduce you to Resite Online's Zach Patterson! In his own words Resite Online handles website design and hosting along with SEO, online rent payments and online applications. He has worked with the apartment industry for approximately 1.5 years and a typical day for Zach involves prospecting for potential clients and calling on them to present the Resite suite of products. In addition to this he gathers and records data on current sales metrics to report on where the business stands from an income perspective. Zach grew up in Rutherfordtown, NC and has a BS from Appalachian State University. Married for 12 years to his lovely wife Jill Patterson, Zach has two little girls, Dixie age 4 and Haddie age 2. During his free time you can find Zach playing guitar or working out but he also says "what is free time?" One really fascinating thing about Zach that you wouldn't necessarily know is that from 1995-2012 he trained and fought in Mixed Martial Arts so be sure not to startle him as who knows what you might get!
