The Valley Landlord's Association is gearing up for their annual full day conference at The Stonewall Jackson Hotel in Staunton on Monday, September 15. This is always a well-attended event, and we hope to make it even bigger this year! We have a great line-up of speakers, such as local investigators to update our members on gang signs and activity, a leasing segment, updated collection language for leases, HUD policies and updates, as well as a Legislative & Government Affairs Panel featuring local politicians, VAMA's Lobbyist Brian Gordon and VAMA's own President Renee Pulliam. We will be getting a sneak peek at legislative issues on the agenda for the 2015 session.
In addition to the conference, VLA continues to hold their monthly meetings which will feature local speakers on topics important to our members.
