Virginia Beach, Va.—The Breeden Company, the nationally recognized Virginia Beach-based real estate development firm, today announced they have started construction on Phase 2 of The Allure at Jefferson Apartments in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Breeden Construction has been awarded the contract to serve as the general contractor.
The Phase 2 development includes four new buildings with 112 new apartment units located at 4660 Monroe Way as part of The Allure at Jefferson luxury apartments. The total unit count, once complete, will be 450 units. The first apartment units are expected to be completed by December 2024.
The new phase will include granite countertops, smart home technology in each home and a front door valet trash service.
The Breeden Company completed construction on The Allure at Jefferson Phase 1 in December 2020, which included 338 units and is fully leased.
Preleasing of Phase 2 is expected to be available in November.
