The Prestige Awards recognize excellence in the field of property management and this year’s event, sponsored by AFR and Apartments.com, was held virtually due to COVID-19 guidelines. Judging was completed virtually by impartial judges who viewed questionnaire forms and video tours of Charlottesville area communities, as well as conducted remote video interviews of team members. Those judges have recognized the following apartment communities and staff as leaders in the field of property management.
