VRHC hosted a marketing and leasing seminar on March 22 at The Landings at Weyers Cave. Joanna Munsey, with Rentpath, instructed "Closing Techniques" and "Online Reputation Management." Our students learned a lot about closing the deal and how to respond to negative online reviews. Each student left class with the tools to start their own leasing kit as well. April 21 will feature John Henry Jordan and MSC, Charlie Weaver, Central Wholesalers are panelists for a property maintenance best practices discussion.
