Central Developments in Construction Law Seminar

Central District held a lunch seminar on "PROTECTING PROJECT CLAIMS AND RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN CONSTRUCTION" given by Petty, Livingston, Dawson & Richards. Construction Law has been a popular topic with more members asking for additional construction law presentations. They provided a review of a standard form contract with a tool for keeping track of crucial deadlines. In addition they provided updates on changes to the AIA standard contracts, legislation that impacts our construction industry.
