AGCVA Announces 2019 Strategic Plan This plan is a living document that encourages strategic thinking, creative, and careful consideration of the future. This document culminates the dynamic process of aligning AGCVA for the future. It gives overall guidance and direction on agreed upon goals, yet charges the volunteer and management staff to deal with unknown or uncertain situations and issues. The AGCVA Board of Directors will review the strategic plan throughout the year and will incorporate changes as new opportunities present themselves. We encourage you to read and think about the goals and how your firm and you as an individual can help us achieve the desired outcomes. Background: The AGCVA Board of Directors identified several board members to help convene several conversations in 2018 from all the Districts. In addition, the District Council Presidents helped identify various representatives: Contractors, Subcontractors and Supplier/Associate members to provide their perspective. We welcome your feedback. |
