All fees total $575 and will be collected at one time after the candidate application is reviewed and approved.

Who Should Attend: Those who have completed the Lean Construction Education Program and wish to earn the CM-Lean designation and Certificate Credential.

The AGC Certificate of Management LEAN/BIM Exam is an assessment-based certificate credential that denotes knowledge and understanding of concepts related to lean adoption, practice and process transformation outlined in AGC's Lean Construction Education Program. Successful candidates will carry the CM-Lean designation.

DGS will present a Panel Discussion followed by breakout sessions examining joint issues. DGS staff will discuss better communication methods during the construction and design process while inviting key stakeholders to discuss what is presently working.
