Fall is upon us and as October closes, I wanted to share some of the details from our fall state board meeting. The 2024 Business Plan and budget are the main focus of the board meeting each fall. However, this year we had another exciting item on the agenda – a new member benefit program.

AGC of America Construction starts in this sector through August dropped to 204.3 million square feet, from 614.2 million in 2022 and 586 million square feet in 2021. Concerns about inflation, supply chain snags, and labor have made speculative development in this sector riskier.
