Nearly eight years ago, we here at IIAV sought to prepare a method to help you, our agents, find markets for your risks. No one really has the time necessary to scour the entire marketing place for a home for hard-to-place risks or simply coverages that your normal carriers may not write and/or desire. So we created IIAV’s FIND A MARKET. Spend no more than four minutes entering some very basic information and then we share your inquiry to well over 100 markets. They may be carriers, E&O houses, or MGA’s. Any market receiving the inquiry will respond to you directly, confidentially and usually very quickly.
IIAV member agencies of all sizes and types use this FREE service. And they have used it 1,378 times.

Usually a day does not go by that I don’t receive a phone call from the general public seeking insurance. Such referrals come from a variety of sources: Bureau of Insurance; Workers Comp Commission; other businesses or associations. Sometimes, Joe Q. Public simply does a Google search of “Independent Insurance Virginia” and IIAV pops us. The caller thinks he/she has reached a huge agency.
We capture valuable contact information and then share with our agency members in the geographical region of the caller. This are referrals IN ADDITION to any other you may already be receiving from Trusted Choice sources.
This particular service is picking up steam. To date, our members have received 601 such referrals.
