Commercial Lines Coverage Basics: The new “Introduction to Additional Insured” is a basic overview of the key elements of Additional Insured status under the CGL policy, including discussion of the financial interests of individuals and entities who need the protection afforded by an Additional Insured endorsement.
Personal Lines Coverage Basics: A course called “Insurance to Value” provides an overview of home construction terminology and important concepts such as insure to value and analyzing risk. Topics include: house styles, exterior/interior construction materials and rebuild cost versus market cost.
