We know you're busy. The phone calls, appointment cancellations, endless days without a lunch break...you know the drill.

The list of what you will experience at the 2019 Annual Convention is long – so we’re going a different route. Instead, check out this list of things we DON’T have planned for you.
- Blowing your budget. Great experiences aren't about the money you spend. They are what you get out of them and we will make sure you get more than you pay for.
- A packed schedule. We've intentionally built in more down time and even better... beach time. Join us at the brand new hospitality tent, open Monday and Tuesday.
- Wasted Time. From start to finish, right down to every last detail, the IIAV Convention is designed specifically to meet your needs, no matter your role, organization or experience level.
- Uniformity. We have new formats, new ideas... and even a few surprises.
- Dull speakers. This year's line up will knock your socks off. In fact, leave your socks at home and break out the flip flops.
- Being ignored. We have adjusted programming and logistics based on your feedback from last year''s survey.
- Forgetting our purpose. The IIAV Convention was born to allow independent agents to connect, learn and grow. We are sticking to that promise.
- Silence. We are not going to let the opportunity go to celebrate you, the independent agents, at every turn.
