Sulaiman is a second generation agency owner. He is taking over from his father who is still in the agency. His goal is to take the agency to the next level of operational efficiency by enhancing their automation and streamlining their processes. He wants to better utilize technology while maintaining their current standard of client contact and satisfaction. The agency is located in Alexandria, Va and plans on serving the Northern Va corridor. He feels being a member of the association will help enhance his branding and name recognition as well as provide other resources to help improve his effectiveness and efficiency. Sulaiman sees the IIAV as a valuable source of industry news that can help his awareness of industry issues (ie: cyber security). He is looking to hire additional staff in the future and feel we offer resources that can assist in that area as well as networking opportunities. He currently has his E&O with Utica but is interested in getting a quote prior to renewal.
