We have had the privilege of having Bonnie as an employee of IIAV for the past eight years, although she has been in the insurance industry for over 40 years. Bonnie earned her Registered Professional Liability Underwriter designation in 2014, which was an impetus to her insurance career that has included underwriting Errors & Omissions insurance for lawyers, insurance agents and miscellaneous professional liability in the Excess & Surplus marketplace. She also has extensive experience in underwriting transportation, general liability, property and inland marine. Bonnie is a Past President of the Insurance Women of Richmond Association, which was a group of insurance professionals dedicated to the development of leaders in the insurance industry.

As Senior Insurance Account Manager in IIAV’s for profit division, Virginia Financial Services Corp., Bonnie has done an amazing job selling and servicing our member agency clients’ errors and omissions, cyber and commercial umbrella coverages. She truly has our members' best interest at heart. Bonnie has been a tremendous mentor to our other insurance account executives. Her tenacity, professionalism and pleasant demeanor will be sorely missed by our staff and our members. She is also my rock, as I know I can always count on her, and I am pleased to call her my friend.

I met Bonnie Warren the day after I started with IIAV and it was obvious from that point forward that she was a exceptional professional. But more important was how she worked to ensure her clients received the highest level of insurance protection she could offer. She is an amazing associate and I feel honored to have had the opportunity to work with her.
