IIAV Young Agents Hold Successful Conference – Greg Dean with Atkinson Insurance Receives Young Agent of the Year Award

Greg Dean, a producer with Atkinson Insurance in Mechanicsville, VA, received the 2024 Young Agent of the Year Award which recognizes the vast number of contributions that Greg has contributed to the young agents community. Greg has been an advocate for young professionals and has served as the representative on the IIAV Board of Directors where he received significant praise for his input on the Board.

The event was packed with valuable insights covering everything from AI's impact on insurance with Jason Sabo to leveraging LinkedIn from Rob "YB" Youngblood. We dove into the investigative side with a session from the Bureau of Insurance and heard about leadership from NBA legend Tony Brothers.
The energy was contagious, and I’m looking forward to seeing how we all continue to thrive!
