The AIAM program (Associate in Insurance Account Management) covers the full psychology of customer relationship management, workflow management, as well as how to apply the information on a day-to-day basis. Students’ own actual experiences are discussed among the group, thus learning from each other’s successes and failures.

- Day 2: Mastering Time - Make the most of your most precious resource and The Write Stuff - Let your image shine with excellent business writing and editing skills.
- Day 3: Errors and Omissions - Best Practices class and Company Relationships - How to maximize your relationship with company partners.
- Day 4: Negotiating Conflict - Learn how to negotiate well with clients and co-workers. You can prevent conflict before it starts and Sales Partnerships - Why would you need to know about sales? Sales skills can be transferred to many aspects of agency duties.
- Day 5: Why Politics Matter - Learn why you should care about political action and Etiquette and the Spoken Word - How to present yourself professionally.
- Day 6: Leadership for the Long Run - Learn how leadership can make a difference every day and Survival in the Jungle - How to keep work fun and reduce stress.
