Associate in Insurance Account Management (AIAM) Coming Fall 2011

Mark your calendars for the start of the Associate in Insurance Account Management (AIAM) fall program.

The AIAM program covers the full psychology of customer relationship management, workflow management and how to apply it on a day-to-day basis.

Each day of class will cover topics that are essential to being a successful account manger. Here is a sample of some material covered:

• Recognizing co-worker and customer styles to increase effectiveness
• Time mastering
• Business writing skills
• Why sales skills are important in all aspects of the agency/company
• Maximizing company relationships
• Errors & omissions
• Negotiating
• Leadership skills

Charlyne Meinhard, Joe Hudgins and Sam Revenson will collaborate together to teach the AIAM program.

Dates for the program are: 9/21, 9/22, 10/18, 10/19, 11/15, 11/16
