If you have any question about the shopping habits of the next generation, Google "child magazine broken iPad." There is a video about a child — almost an infant — who tries to look at a magazine as if it's an iPad. That a child this young is that acclimated to using an iPad is almost scary. Indeed, books will not be in her lexicon when she grows up. She won't have any idea what the Yellow Pages are. Moreover, she will have more knowledge at her fingertips than any consumer before her.

It is with mixed emotions we share that Annette Ardler, CPIW, DAE, AIAM, insurance account executive, is leaving IIAV/VFSC. The IRS has a series of questions and answers that help employers understand the Affordable Care Act reporting requirements that apply to them. The health care law requires applicable large employers to file information returns with the IRS and provide statements to their full-time employees about the health insurance coverage the employer offered. An applicable large employer is an employer that employed an average of at least 50 full-time employees on business days during the preceding calendar year.
