The Independent Insurance Agents of Virginia’s Technical Committee hosted a meeting on certificates of insurance and discussed agency pitfalls and how agents should respond to requests for certificate amendments – especially if the requests are contrary to policy coverage.

VAPAC is the state political action committee which collects funds from the general membership for distribution to candidates who have a proven interest in and support for insurance legislation; it studies voting records and accepts contribution recommendations from the Legislative Committee.
