In May of 2013, an oversized vehicle collided into a heavily utilized bridge in Washington State, a bridge that 71,000 vehicles traveled on daily. The truck that caused the damage was transporting tall drilling equipment and the top of the equipment smashed directly into the bridge's structural support.
