Exploring the Experiences of Health Care Providers in Health Promotion Survey

You are invited to participate in a brief survey regarding health promotion experiences among healthcare professionals. You are eligible to participate if you are currently licensed and practicing. The survey should take between 10-30 minutes, although most average around 13 minutes to complete the survey. Your participation will help faculty at Shenandoah University to better understand the current climate of health behavior promotion among healthcare providers, and inform creation of interprofessional education and services.
