The Student Loan Refinancing Program, provided by Laurel Road
A division of Darien Rowayton Bank (DRB), Laurel Road offers competitive interest rates and a 0.25% rate discount to APTA members. An additional 0.25% discount is available for all electronic funds-transfer participants.
