Annual VPTA PSIG Business Meeting, October 7-8, 2017, Newport News, VA

Vice President:

  • Assist the President in the duties of that office.
  • In the absence of the President, assume the duties of that office and serve as interim President.
  • Perform annual review of Bylaws and provide changes as necessary to executive committee.
  • Contact the District Representatives and notify them of meetings notification and their responsibilities.


Secretary:

  • Keep the minutes of all PSIG meetings.
  • Maintain membership records.
  • Provide copy of meeting minutes to executive committee of all conference calls, business and annual meetings. Meeting minutes to be approved at the time of annual retreat or the next meeting whether held in person or via conference calls.
  • Work with the technology appointee to compile and maintain current PSIG roster and distribute to all members of executive committee.
  • Working with the president and the technology appointee, send electronic notice of meetings or conference calls.
