This year, students from 178 schools raised $328,456 as part of the Mercer-Marquette Challenge for the Foundation for Physical Therapy. The top fundraising schools were announced at the Foundation’s Awards Luncheon held during the 2018 APTA NEXT Conference in Orlando, FL. Virginia Commonwealth University took second place, by raising $40,955.
The VCU students have already begun organizing continuing education for the 2018-2019 challenge. All proceeds will benefit the Foundation for Physical Therapy. Registration for courses will open soon. If you have questions, contact Adrienne Lewis.
