If you a physical therapists working in a school-based setting please consider assisting with this study. I am collecting data on the use of various physical therapy interventions in school-based practice. Please use the URL below to begin the survey.
Taking part in this survey is voluntary. You may choose not to take part. If you choose to participate, complete the survey. After taking the survey, you will have a chance to provide your name and email address if you chose to do so. Your name will not be associated with your answers on the survey. Your name and email address will be used to send you a small monetary token for your time. You also will have the opportunity to indicate your willingness to participate in a follow-up focus group.
