Rinker Design Associates, PC Announce New Senior Transportation Manager

Rinker Design Associates, PC is pleased to announce that William T. Wentzien, PE, PTOE has joined the firm in the role of Senior Transportation Manager in their Richmond, Virginia location. With William’s extensive background in Traffic Engineering, he will be responsible for leading the traffic engineering design and business development efforts to grow this service area for the company.

William graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University and is licensed as a Professional Engineer in the states of Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland and New Jersey. He has over 22 years of experience in both the private and public sectors in project management, design, and construction administration in various areas of traffic and highway engineering for municipalities and state departments of transportation.  William has managed and worked on countless projects throughout Virginia for both VDOT and municipalities through the Locally Administered Projects (LAP) program, including leading several on-call contracts for local governments.
