Ramesh Neupane has BS, MS and PhD degrees in Civil Engineering, with specialization in geotechnical engineering. He holds a Virginia PE license, a PMP certification and is currently pursuing Professional Geologist licensure in Virginia. Ramesh’s 20-plus years of geotechnical engineering experience comes from both private sector and academia. He has worked for multiple consulting firms in the U.S. and overseas, and most recently has been serving as Senior Geotechnical Engineer with the Central Office Materials Division. Ramesh has written two geotechnical engineering textbooks, which are currently being used in instructing undergraduate levels in Nepal. He has also authored numerous research reports for various journals.
After relocating from Pennsylvania, Ramesh is now settled with his family in Henrico County. In his free time, Ramesh enjoys hiking.
