Aggregate Producers Clay Shoot A Success!

Another successful Aggregate Producer Clay Shoot was enjoyed by aggregate producer members and aggregate focused associate members.

VTCA members stepped up their game in sponsoring this event this year, and for the first time, all proceeds from the Aggregates Clay Shoot are dedicated to the Aggregates Scholarship Program. This event was held on October 8 and it is anticipated that the Clay Shoot may net over $9,000 for Aggregate scholarships.

At the request of participants, we kept score this year. This year’s winning team score was 171 clays hit and consisted of:

  • Kyle Gates – Deep Earth Logic
  • Eddie Gupton – Rockydale Quarries

Tyson Abbott, Austin Powder Company, was the individual winner with a total of 65 broken birds.
