ARTBA Webinar Available On New OSHA Rule Requiring COVID-19 Vaccine Or Testing

ARTBA will be presenting a free webinar on November 12 at 12:30 p.m. "What You Need to Know: OSHA’s New ETS for COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing" webinar will focus on the Occupational Health and Safety Administration’s (OSHA) recently enacted emergency temporary standard (ETS) requiring vaccinations or testing for businesses with 100 or more employees.

Specifically, the webinar will cover these questions:

• Who is covered by the ETS?
• When do employers have to comply with the ETS?
• What types of documentation does the ETS require employers to keep and for how long?
• What are an employer’s obligations in regards to providing paid time off to get vaccinated and/or recover from the side effects of vaccinations?  Do employers have to pay for testing unvaccinated employees?
