VTCA is pleased to welcome you back to Ocean Reef Club for the 2022 Winter Meeting. This 250 acre private paradise is nestled on the northernmost tip of the Florida Keys, offering stunning subtropical weather, a luxurious spa, championship golf and tennis, kayaking, snorkeling, and some of the best fishing and boating in North America.

About an hour south of Miami, you may fly into Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, or the Club’s private airport. Since everything you need is on-property and on-property transportation is complimentary, you really don’t need a car during your stay. Ocean Reef does enjoy one-way rentals through Enterprise. Make your reservation as a round trip rental from Miami or Fort Lauderdale airports. Drop the car with Enterprise on property upon arrival and they will waive the one way fees. Pick your car back up for your return trip back to the airport. For more details call 305-367-2611 and ask for the Enterprise desk.

Another way to get around the island is like the locals do: in a golf cart! Carts are available on-site for $55 a day (not including optional insurance). Advance reservations are suggested.

Hotel Reservations

All Ocean Reef accommodations include one king or two queen-sized beds, a beautifully appointed full bath with custom toiletry products, internet service, mini-bar, coffeemaker, hair dryer, robes, umbrellas and twice-daily housekeeping service. Check-in is 4:00 pm. Check-out is 11:00 am. Ocean Reef Club will provide storage space for guests who arrive early or depart after check-out. Our block includes the following, exclusive of taxes and fees.

Availability of specific room types may be limited, so reserve early for the best selection.  Reservations for your accommodations are to be made either by phone or online. Reservations will require a one night’s deposit in the amount of one night’s room rate.  Cancellations must be made no less than 30 days prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room rate cancellation fee.
