It's time to make your plans for the VTCA Winter Meeting! This year's event is set for January 27-30 at the fabulous Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, FL. Don't miss out on this special opportunity to build relationships with fellow members and enhance your ability to succeed in Virginia's transportation construction program.
We will have ample time for networking, getting to know each other better, and just relaxing. The Ocean Reef Club is located on a private, pristine peninsula beside America’s only living reef, bounded on three sides by water and on the fourth side by federal and state lands.
We have a great lineup of speakers including Mark Mix, President of the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation. You can read Mark’s op-ed, Support of right to work repeal sank McAulliffe, in The Roanoke Times.
