"How to PDB with VDOT" Webinar

Progressive Design Build (PDB) is a variation of VDOT’s traditional Design Build procurement method that brings a higher level of partnership between the design-builder (DB) and owner during the planning and development of the project. The procurement and contract are designed to allow the DB team and the owner to engage stakeholders earlier in the project development minimizing risk for the owner and DB team.

VDOT will be announcing the first PDB procurement on a project this Spring. Although PDB is a variation on the current Design Build Project Delivery, the procurement process and execution introduces differences that you need to know. Join us to learn more about PDB procurement and the department’s expectations of the successful DB team during our webinar “How to PDB with VDOT.”
