Jeff Bragdon Departing VTCA

VTCA’s Program Manager of Engineering Consultants and Associates, Jeff Bragdon has accepted an offer to go back into the private sector. Jeff has been instrumental in helping restructure VDOT’s Engineer rate classification program and growing VTCA’s District Dialogues, VTCA scholarship programs and kicking off workforce development efforts. His last day will be Friday, April 29.
