In Memoriam: John Morse, ATCS PLC

We are saddened to share with you John Morse’s passing. He was on a walk the morning of June 25 and was struck by a vehicle and died. John was an ATCS owner and led the Program Management business line including the VDOT Tranform66 program.
Our thoughts and prayers go to his wife Kathy and their children including Cooper and Sullivan who are working at ATCS this summer.
