VDOT Announces New Assistant Division Administrator for Workforce Development

Jameo Pollock has been selected as the Assistant Division Administrator for Workforce Development, effective November 10, 2022.
Jameo has been employed by VDOT for six years and has more than 15 years of experience in workforce development and training. Jameo has served as the Statewide Technical Training Manager for VDOT since August 2017 with oversight of all technical training and apprenticeship programs. Prior to VDOT, Jameo worked for Reynolds Community College where he was responsible for the coordination and delivery of training for 25 counties and cities in partnership with economic development and state and local agencies.
Jameo, a veteran of the United States Army, holds a Doctorate of Education in Global Training and Development and a Masters of Education in Adult Education and Curriculum Development.
