2023 MSHA Fatalities

So far this year, the mining industry has experienced seven fatalities. Three of these fatalities were a result of electrocution when equipment came in contact with overhead powerlines.
As a result, the Mine Safety Health Administration (MSHA) has released a safety alert.
Please take a few minutes and review your site-specific safety training, especially pertaining to overhead power lines and electricity.
