VTCA Emerging Leaders join VDOT Richmond District Leadership to
get a behind the scenes look at VDOT Operations

The 2021-2023 Emerging Leader Class is finishing up their program this summer, and VTCA’s Leadership Committees are now soliciting new members. Each of the four leadership committees, Aggregate Producers, Associates, Engineering Consultants and Contractors, select three emerging leaders to participate in the two-year program. The emerging leaders become directly involved in each of their respective leadership committees and several times a year meet with their respective peers.

The Alliance’s objective with the program is to develop and encourage long term commitment, participation, and support of VTCA through engagement with the Alliance’s leadership committees to introduce and demonstrate an understanding of VTCA’s mission, operations, and governance structure.
