State Water Control Board Seeks Public Comment on VPDES for the Nonmetallic Mineral Mining General Permit

The State Water Control Board is considering the reissuance of VPDES for Nonmetallic Mineral Mining (9VAC 25-190) general permit through the amendment of a regulation on water quality. The State Water Control Board is seeking public comments on the proposed draft language for the permit. The public comment period closes on July 21, 2023.
